Sitting on a sand dune above the beach and "upside down" to take advantage of the ocean views, The Beach House looks out over Noordhoek's famous Long Beach. It has been fully adapted to accommodate most disabilities.

OUTSIDE
We've created a step free garden that wraps around the house. The pedestrian door from the garage is ramped and leads to the brick pathway (over 1.2m wide) going to the front door. If you follow the path round it takes you to the pool which is on the ocean side of the house. The pool area is paved with plenty of space for safe access. There is a removable manual pool hoist so everyone can swim.
By the pool there is another ramp to directly access the adapted suite, lower deck and the rest of the house. Also on the lower deck is an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and a dining area.
