We have a fabulous letting agency called Cape Holidays who handle all of the bookings, rates, check in/out and everything else for us.

Because the rates fluctuate so much throughout the year (season, length of stay, number of guests etc.) it is nearly impossible to give a pricing here. Location
The Beach House is situated at the end of Ratelklip Close, the last turning on the right down Beach Rd. before you get to the beach car park. It's easily found - just look for the beach in Noordhoek and there you are! Our managers will meet you at the house, or will help organise transfer should you require.
